What country should I choose for a global organization?

The country selection determines the currency used for the analysis, so choose the country based on the currency that you want to use. Many other inputs are country-specific, such as salary levels, and days worked. You must determine an average value to use for these inputs.

Where do the default values come from?

The majority of the default values come from the Forrester TEI for Microsoft 365 reports. Lync Voice default values come from the Forrester TEI for Lync 2013 report. Some default values related to new products such as E5 or Skype for Business PSTN calling are supplied by Microsoft.
